Standard catalog products typically start at 500–1,000 pcs per item. Custom products depend on tooling amortization — small pilot runs are possible. Tell us your target quantity and we will find a workable structure.

Yes — that is our core business. Logo can be applied by molding, silk-screen, pad printing or laser etching. We also support retail-ready packaging with your artwork.

For standard products: existing samples ship in 3–5 days. For custom products: 10–20 days for tooling plus 5–7 days for first articles, depending on part complexity.

We use platinum-cured silicone compounds compliant with FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 and EU LFGB, with RoHS and REACH documentation. Medical-grade parts are molded from certified LSR grades. Reports are shared with every shipment.

Standard terms are 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment, by T/T. We also support L/C at sight for established accounts. Tooling for custom projects is settled separately.

Incoming material certification, first-article inspection, in-line process checks and AQL 2.5 final inspection before packing. Dimensional reports and material certificates accompany every order.

Yes. We color-match to Pantone or a physical sample, and compound from 30 to 80 Shore A. Color masterbatches used are food-contact compliant for food and baby applications.
